gramtam is a free web tool for organizing pickup sports games and collecting player signups via shareable links. The platform supports football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, padel, squash, and other activities. We provide the platform as-is and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Organizers must create an account using a valid email address (via Google sign-in or magic link). During onboarding you provide your name, optionally a phone number, and your default city. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can edit your information or delete your account at any time via your profile.

Players can join games without creating an account by entering their name and optionally a phone number. A browser cookie is stored to remember the session. Anonymous participants can later create an account to track all their joined games.

You are responsible for the game information you publish (sport type, descriptions, locations). Do not publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Do not use gramtam to spam, harass, or deceive others. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or create fraudulent games. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

gramtam provides in-app notifications about game activity (players joining/leaving, game edits, cancellations). Notifications are part of the service and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Notification preferences can be managed in your profile.

gramtam facilitates organizing games but is not responsible for the games themselves. We are not liable for injuries, disputes, property damage, or any other issues arising from games organized through the platform. Organizers and players are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

gramtam is currently free to use for all features. If we introduce paid features in the future, existing free functionality will remain free.

You can delete your account at any time via your profile. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of gramtam is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of gramtam shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poznań, Poland.

We may update these terms. Continued use of gramtam after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
